Every transient second
Gripped like a noose
Around the heart
As the grasp slackened
An urge of desperateness
Grew with menacing silence
The emotional bankruptcy
In comforting eachother
Showed in failing eyes
As the separation hour was set
Abnoxious darkness engulfed
Like a spiteful snake
A cry within overheard
Cursing the perennial memory
The culprit that would
Haunt by hours till the existence.
